FitsAir Baggage Policy
Passengers travelling with FitsAir from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) are permitted to carry the following:
Carry-on Baggage
Each passenger departing from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) may
carry 1 cabin bag with the following allowance:
• Adults and Children: 1
cabin bag up to 7 kg.
• Infants: 1 cabin bag up to 5 kg.
Cabin baggage
must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front. If the baggage
exceeds the permitted size or weight, it must be checked in before departure.
Passengers may also carry up to 2 power banks, each not exceeding 100Wh.
Power banks rated between 100Wh and 160Wh require prior airline approval and
must be carried in the cabin.
Checked Baggage Policy
FitsAir's checked baggage allowance is determined by the fare purchased and
is shown on the passenger's booking confirmation or ticket.
Passengers
may check in up to 2 pieces of baggage, provided the total weight does not
exceed the allowance purchased.
Each checked bag must weigh less than 30
kg and must not exceed 158 cm in total linear dimensions (length + width +
height). Baggage that exceeds the permitted allowance is subject to excess
baggage charges.
Extra Baggage
Passengers may
purchase additional checked baggage through the FitsAir website, Customer
Contact Center or authorised sales offices. Pre-purchased baggage must be
arranged at least 24 hours before departure and is available for up to 2
additional pieces with a maximum weight of 20 kg each.
Excess baggage
presented at the airport is charged according to FitsAir's published rates.
Oversized baggage and televisions are accepted subject to applicable handling
fees and operational requirements.
