FitsAir operates from Terminal 2, Kuala Lumpur
International Airport (klia2) for its Kuala Lumpur services.
Online / Mobile Check-in
FitsAir online check-in is available
through the airline’s official website. Passengers can complete check-in from 24
hours before departure and obtain their boarding pass before arriving at KLIA.
For international flights, online check-in closes 8 hours before departure.
Passengers travelling with checked baggage must proceed to the FitsAir
check-in counters at KLIA Terminal 2 for baggage drop and document verification.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in kiosks are
not available for FitsAir passengers at KLIA Terminal 2.
Passengers must
complete check-in online or proceed to the FitsAir airport counters for check-in
and baggage services.
Airport Counter Check-in
FitsAir check-in counters at KLIA Terminal 2 open 4 hours before the scheduled
departure time and close 60 minutes before departure. Passengers must complete
check-in within the designated counter operating period.
Passengers are
required to present valid travel documents, including a passport, visa (if
applicable), and other documents required for their destination.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special assistance
should contact FitsAir before departure to arrange the required support.
Assistance requests should also be confirmed with the airport check-in staff
upon arrival at KLIA Terminal 2.
Passengers who fail to complete check-in
before the airline’s closing time may not be accepted for boarding.
