Portuguese Square
Portuguese Square Malacca also known as Mini Lisbon symbolizes the Portuguese
community in Malacca.

where descendants of Malay and Portuguese intermarriages since the colonization
of Portuguese in the state. Within the Portuguese settlement, the square is

Getting There
Portuguese Square Malacca is situated at the south of the district, Dalbuquerque
Road. Located near to St. John Fort which is in the distant of 0.85 km, the
square is deemed to be easily accessible by the local and international tourists
all these years.
Since Portuguese Square is located a little away from town. By taxi and foot
would be the best options. The whole journey will take around 10 minutes if by
taxi, approximate time taken is 30 minutes to 35 minutes if going foot depending
on your starting point.
