Passengers travelling with Citilink from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) are permitted to carry the following:

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger may bring cabin baggage onboard Citilink flights with a combined maximum weight of 7 kg (15.4 lbs), including one cabin bag and one personal item.

Cabin baggage must comply with the following maximum dimensions:

• Airbus A320/A330: 56 cm × 36 cm × 23 cm
• ATR 72-600: 41 cm × 34 cm × 17 cm

The baggage must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat and is subject to airport security inspection. Baggage exceeding the permitted limit may be required to be checked in.

Checked Baggage Policy

Checked baggage allowance depends on the purchased fare type, route, and booking conditions. The applicable allowance is displayed on the passenger’s ticket or booking confirmation.

Each checked baggage item must not exceed 32 kg (70 lbs). Any baggage above this limit must be transported as cargo.

Passengers should confirm their baggage allowance before departure to ensure compliance with Citilink’s baggage requirements.

Extra Baggage

Additional baggage may be purchased through Citilink’s official booking channels before departure or at the airport, subject to availability and applicable charges.

Excess baggage fees apply when baggage exceeds the permitted allowance, weight, or size limits.

Sports equipment and special baggage may require additional fees and advance arrangements before travel.
